What is it?
Right before Web Summit, we're taking over DOMA for three days in a group of founders and operators rebuilding their companies around AI.
You bring your case, question, investment thesis or strategic decision and move meaningfully forward with it in a group of founders building frontier AI-native organizations.

Why are we gathering?
We gather to compare experience with people running the same AI-transformation: what worked inside their companies, what did not, and what that means for the decision in front of you.
Six topics run through the three days:
- Building an AI-native organization. How do you actually rewire a company around AI, and what turned out to be bullshit? Hire, redeploy, or cut? Which teams and management layers change, and who owns a process once agents execute it?
- Business models around AI. Sell software, expertise, or a completed outcome? What will customers pay for and who carries the delivery risk?
- Own or rent: moats in the AI age. Which models, data and workflows should you own? Can you outsource the capability to redesign and run the company around AI?
- Growth and markets. Which products, customers or markets become economical to pursue? Where should you reinvest the capacity AI frees up?
- Durable advantage. As models improve, which investments compound and which get wiped out by the next release?
- Personal cases. Every participant puts their own AI case on the table, and the conversation continues over dinners, in the sauna, on the hiking trip and by the fireplace.

After the sessions the schedule is open on purpose:

- In the evenings a steam ceremony and breathwork at the estate's steam center

The place
DOMA is a historic estate turned hotel, 30 minutes from Lisbon, inside 18 hectares of pine forest. Beyond the session room, the group has access to everything on the property: bakery and bistro, open-air spa with a steam center, a round-the-clock gym, coworking, pool and pool bar.
Logistics
Web Summit opens in Lisbon on 9 November. If you are flying in for it anyway, this adds three days to the front of a trip you were already making: arrive on 5 November, we return you to the city on the 8th. If you are based in Portugal and can only come for a day, that works too.
